Preise

All rates of the apartment are per day and inclusive of tourist tax and VAT (7 %), bed linen, towels, utilities and final cleaning.

Short stays are possible at an extra charge.

The minimum stay in high season is 7 days.

Arrival and departure are usually on Saturday.

The apartment will be ready for you from 2.00 pm on the day of your arrival.
Please vacate the apartment by 10.00 am on departure day.
All our rooms are non-smoking (feel free to smoke on the balcony or outdoors).

No warranty is given for the provided information. The rates indicated in the booking confirmation shall apply.
Bookings shall not be deemed binding until being confirmed.
We recommend you take out a travel cancellation insurance, for a cancellation penalty equivalent to 90 % of the booking amount is required, if we do not succeed in re-letting an apartment.

If we can re-let the apartment, a cancellation fee of 10% of the booking amount will be charged.
Upon confirmation of the booking, a deposit of 50 % is required to secure the reservation.

We accept payment in cash or by Mastercard, Maestro, Visa or American Express.
We reserve the right to levy a surcharge of 2 % for credit card payment.
